【 公司简介 】   　　上海东海压力容器厂是具有二十多年专业设计生产制造压力容器历史的企业，地处浦东经济开发区。全厂面积18480平方米，厂房面积9500平方米，总装车间4300平方米；固定资产1950万元，年产值2500万元左右。 　　企业技术力量雄厚，质保体系完善（拥有各类工程技术人员42名），工装设备精良，工艺先进。具有国家劳动人事部颁发的一、二类压力容器设计和制造许可证。专业设计生产制造的压力容器和非标设备分为五大类：反应类、换热类、分离类、储存类和塔类。可为国内外化工、石油、冶金、医药、化肥、轻纺、染料等行业提供高效专业设备和压力容器。 　　企业年生产能力2500吨，已为国家重点项目和基本建设提供大量优质的各种类别钢种的成套和配套专用设备及压力容器，不少成套和配套设备获得有关检验机构认可和表彰。 　　企业通过几十年来的摸索和发展，形成了一套比较完整的加工工艺、管理方法和质量控制检测手段，生产规模和能力也不断扩大和提高，产品逐渐超向大型化、结构复杂化，在控制造价、保证质量和确保进度方面为用户提供优质服务。 　　With a history of more than twenty years of desiging and manufacturing pressure vessels. The Dong-Hai Pressure Vessel Factory of Shanghai is situated in Pu-Tong economical developing district. The whole factory occupies 18,480 square meters, factory building covers 9,500 square meters, with assembling workshop at 4,200 square meters and fixed assets at 15.5 million yuan, while the output value is about 25 million yuan. 　　The enterprise has a rich technical staff and a complete quality-guarantee system. (42 engineeing and technical personnel) With exquisite industrial equipment and advanced technology the factory holds a licence of the Ministry of Natioal Labor and Personnel Department which permits our factory designing and manufacturing pressure vessels of I and II class. These covers specially designed and manufactured pressure-vessels and non-standard vessels totally five categories; reactors; heat-exchangers; separators; tanks and columns. We can provide high-effcient special eqilipments and vessels to chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmacy, chemical fertilizers, lightindustry and textile industry, dyestuffers, etc. 　　The manufacturing ability of our enterprise is 2,500 tons. We have already provided large-quantity of different categories of steel equipments and accessories to our national major projects and capital construction many of them have gained permissions, honors of respective examining institutes. 　　Through more than 20 years' trial and development the enterprise has formed a complete processing technology, management method and quality-c-ontrol examining methods.
